The picture with the coop in the background is pretty old, I have since gotten a much nicer and larger coop for my girls. The picture where she has neck feathers missing is from when she was lower in the pecking order, how ever this has since been solved and she should regain her neck fluff next fall 
She is also on a leash in that picture because i took her on a walk to a local park.
