I have 7 pullets/hens that are all 16 weeks old. I have 2 brown leghorns
1 white leghorn
1 black sex link
1 golden laced Wyandotte (supposed to be a black sex link but TSC messed up)
And 2 New Hampshire reds
Im about 90% sure one of my brown leghorns (first picture) laid her first egg today.

I’ve been noticing her comb and waddles growing and getting red. Then this morning I found a broken egg that didn’t have a shell, just a membrane in the nesting box. I have heard that this is normal when pullets start laying eggs. When should her eggs be normal? I am very excited. Because she laid her first egg I switched the feed to layer pellets instead of chick starter. The other 6 haven’t started laying yet. Is this ok???
Also, do you think any of the other 6 will be laying soon?
