Somebody help me incubating eggs

The eggs are hatching!

Is this normal looking? Healthy?

Honestly I'm panicking it's day 20 and fingers crossed these guys survive. The temperature is currently at 100.0 F and the humidity is at 80%.

How long does the hatching process take? I've been reading anywhere between 12-36 hours?

These eggs have been rotated automatically, candled and as of three days ago I was pretty certain all but two were alive. The two I questioned are still there just in case.

This is my first time incubating eggs.
Please help! Any advice or reassurance is welcome!!!!

It can take 48 hours from internal pip to hatch, after the start to zip, it will take about a day to absorb the egg yolk.

Don't open the lid to check it and be patient. They should all hatch out.
