SOMEONE ANYONE PLEASE HELP MY CHICK!!

I hatched a lot of silkie chicks. When mama got up she abandoned a little chick named Beatrix. Beatrix can't lift her head but she is toasty now. She is 3 days old and I put that electrolyte on her beak and she drank it. I got Vitamin E How do I feed it to her. She really needs it she is getting worse. How Do I give her a Vitamin E. Please tell me

Sorry i have no cure but.
this exact same thing happened to me about 4 hours ago the chick was left on the ground whilst the mum walked around with the other chicks. She is very weak and is under a heat lamp. she has a belly like a sack and has like yolk stuff around her bottom. HELP!!!!!!!!
