Someone help.....Cochin Turning in Circles!

My Cochin 2 yr old is eating/water etc. but she is running in a circle. It's weird she turns....turns....turns around and around. She just started doing this. Someone suggested she was egg bound? Well, honestly she has always had a problem having a normal egg but she is dropping a yolk with a very thin shell each day so that's not it. It is very strange behavior and it's been going on for 2 days now. I have her alone in a dog cage with water and food but when I check on her she is never on the roost she stays on the ground and spins. Anyone out there know why?? thanks

get some Poly-vi-sol liquid baby vitamins, Enfamil brand..NO IRON..
and give 3 drops on beak for 3 days, then 2 drops for 3 days..then 1 drop for 3 days.
also give one time some vitamin E from a capsule.


check "ears" for mites...
keep hydrated by giving water by drops on beak.

what bedding are you using?

I think I'd consider trying some Oxine...

can be used as mist treatment.

could be stress and/or discomfort
could be mites in ears
could be a form of Crookneck or Wry Neck
could be a form of encephalitis from mold.
has she been exposed to any molds,
or chemical dust/mists/substances?
