I let her free-range with the hens this morning, they didn’t bother her, but she kept going back to the coop to be with her friends.

She’s grown up with those roosters, so I can blame her. If you want to take her back with the roosters, that’s completely optional. It’s whatever you think is best.

She will do fine once integrated with your present flock. Life with the four cockerels would have eventually become unpleasant. There is absolutely no reason to not keep her.

Is there any reason you can't integrate her in with one or two of the cockerels, and then once the dust settles from that, remove the boys? It will make it easier on her if she's not the only new kid in class.

So today I brought home another hen her size, that looks like the brother that started crowing. I’m going to swap them out in the night, and Mr. rooster will go back to the ranch. I think I’ll slowly take the other brothers back as they begin to crow. Then it will just be the two hens. Hopefully they like each other. If not, my run is large, they can all go their separate ways.
