someone please explain this egg

I got this nasty thing today

.... The egg was encased in the membrane thing and when I took the membrane off, the egg had the same cracks as the last three only this time they were going around the circumference of the egg. Gettin a little worried for my girls. I am feeding them 21% gamebird with supplemental oyster-cal.

or are multiples doing this?
are any of them laying normal eggs?
how old are the birds?
how long have they been laying?

They are all adult birds. I moved them to a new cage about a week ago, before that they had been laying normale eggs. I have 5 hens in the pen and worried if I seperate them to try and isolate which one is dropping these gross things I may cause them further stress and then who knows what will happen. Since the move last Friday, I have gotten four eggs, this creation, and three like the one in the previous post from me. Any suggestions appreciated.

i have a hen that lays that kind of egg . She even produced 1 that was an egg inside an egg that was that way. She has always laid those things and she 's over a year old now....

Looks like a typical shell-less/almost shell-less eggs to me. I'm with lamike. Just wait it out! Especially if they are young!
As JJ says....She is rushing things. Shell-less eggs (in coturnix) are generally caused by stress. "STRESS" to a coturnix could mean anything!

Just keep the sameness level at 100%, for a week or 2, then we can discuss feed modification, or what ever else, if they don't settle in

The most common reasons for this is that the eggs passed through the oviduct too prematurely. Older hens tend to have a higher incidence of this.

Now not to scare you: Other reasons for this could be Calcium, Phosphorus, and/or Vitamin D-3 were not properly in diet (lacking), antibiotics or medicated feed was used, the breeding stock was in in a well ventilated area or environment too hot, EDS (Egg drop syndrome) occurred or infectious bronchitis

I am pretty sure it was that it's a new area for them, stress induced, eggs dropped too soon. TIme will tell though.
