Someone please help. Chicken can't stand, won't eat or drink, breathing heavy.

There's something wrong with one of my Buff Orpington hens. I went outside to feed them scratch and all of the birds, except for one, started eating it right away. The one who didn't was just laying outside. I first thought she was laying on an egg so I picked her up (she didn't fuss at all and I thought that was weird) and there was no egg. I set her inside the coop and she just laid down. She won't/can't stand, is breathing pretty hard, won't eat or drink. I have no idea what's wrong.

Give us the following information. The more you tell us, the better we will be able to help you.

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use

Well, I may have jumped the gun on our chicken. (I'm hoping.) This morning when I first went outside, one of our Pekins was just laying there. I brought her inside and she will only stand on one leg. So her and my chicken are currently resting in the bathroom. Our Pekin started quacking a little bit ago so I ran inside there and the Orpington is standing up and eating. (She hasn't drank anything yet.) It was just the first time any of our chickens had any problem like that. I'm going to keep her inside and keep an eye on her. I'll update if anything changes.
