So yesterday my chicken had every symptom of being egg bound and I tried and tried and last night I got the egg out, (well she did) after using petroleum jelly and giving her calcium, it’s the next morning now and she is still acting the same, eyes closed won’t eat or move but now I noticed when she got up this morning there was stuff dripping from her beak, and I opened her mouth and it looks like mucus in her mouth( I tried to take a pic but didn’t turn out too good ), any idea why this is happening

Btw in the picture there is only a small amount of mucus but when you first open it there is a lot more

She also has a constant sound almost like congested or like a snoring sound when she breaths

Some chickens lay an egg a day.
Yesterday's stuck egg had been in the system a while. It is possible ovulation happened while it was stuck. It takes about 24 hours for an egg to form after ovulation.

So I’ve seen everywhere that 48 hours is about all you have till the chicken dies, is this the case for this second egg

I'm sorry to say it is.
I had an egg bound pullet a few years ago. Like you, I gave warm baths and lubed the vent with olive oil. She finally passed the egg. The next day she was egg bound again. I took her to a vet who administered antii-inflamatories. (I don't know why) I took her home and she died later that day.

How old is your bird?

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m new to all this and I’ve never had to do anything like that before

It is easy when all goes well but then problems happen.
I think my pullet was close to that age, perhaps a month or so younger.
How long has she been laying eggs?
Pullets seem to be more susceptible. What has made up their entire diet? Type of feed, protein and calcium percentages, type of treats and quantity, forage?
Have her eyes opened yet? Make sure she stays warm, at least 75F.
