Someone Please Help ! Day 25 Stillhave Movement In An Egg !

OK, so.....I had 5 chicks hatch from my batch of 16 eggs....I was going to clean bater tonight and figured I would candle eggs just to be sure....first egg I candled was 1/3 dark...air cell took up the other 1/3...then I saw it.....Movement !!!! OMG !!!! WHAT DO DO? HELP!!!!

You can always help the poor little guy out. It is possible that he is too weak or deformed to be able to break out himself.
