Someone please help!! I don’t know what is wrong!!

She has a good chance to recover, but every chicken is different. She needs to get enough to eat and drink, while the vitamins are working. You may go ahead and use 400 IU vitamin E in addition to the Poultry NutriDrench daily. They come in softgels and can be punctured and given in food. I hope that she gets better.

Yes, it's common, some twist, some turn under like yours, some turn back and they look straight up (called stargazing). If it is a vitamin deficiency and you treat, it has a good chance of resolving. It is not uncommon, some deficiencies are caused by the parent stock, they may be healthy enough for themselves but not quite enough for a healthy, developing chick. There can be a genetic component. Unless several birds from the same place were to show the same, then I wouldn't worry about all of them, often it will only be one in a group that has issues. If she recovers then she has a very good chance to have a normal life.

Can I give her too much vitamin? Like can I add vitamin with every feeding

If you give her 400 IU daily and 1 ml of Poultry NutriDrench, that is not too much. Hopefully, she will move her head better soon. Be patient, wry neck can last some time, but hopefully, you will see some improvement soon.

To me, it looks like there has been some improvement. But there may be good and less good moments. Try to be patient, continue the vitamins, and give it some time. It can take time for them to absorb and metabolize enough to reverse a deficiency, but once you get it normalized hopefully all will be well.

No real improvement. She is still drinking and eatting. We assist feed and water her. She has a hard time focusing to eat and rather clean herself... is this weird? But once she gets to eating she goes to town. Also what is the best what to open her beak to give meds. My mom and I have trouble opening it up. We think it’s going to hurt her.
