I suggest getting a tub, another light, and setting up another brooder before you lose them all.

I don't think a large rabbit hutch is big enough. I have 4 silkies in a large hutch that are the same age and I wouldn't dare put more in. JMO.

I agree with separation, but I would also question what you are feeding these little guys. Is it regular "chick starter" feed or are you doing something else? Sometimes birds low on protein will become aggressive/cannibalistic. And the Buff is probably trying to grow faster than the other smaller breeds, and may be "more low" on the protein if their feed doesn't contain enough.
