Something above vent, please help

I have never seen this before. Vent seems clear but this mass is just above vent and below where tail feathers should be. She is an older girl not sure if that matters. Please advise!

Im not a expert with this at all, its a bit hard for me to see, but is it possible its a cyst? It could also be a stuck egg, but i have no clue, ive never experienced this.
does she have any symptoms? Lethargic?

To me it looks like an abscess or a cyst, or even possibly a tumor. It's hard to tell from the angle. I'll tag some users who might know.

Thats what i was contemplating. It looks like a cyst or tumor. But more so a cyst to me.

I wish we could get a better pic. Also how does it feel hard or squishy?
