My Muscovy drake Louie finally got a hold of his Muscovy girl, Mavis. He was doing his business on top of her, but when he went to get off of her back she took off running. He was still "attached" and starting making loud noises while trying to get away from her. He ended up flopped on his side just to get "detached". I was laughing so hard at him
. He has been trying to mate with her for weeks now and I think this was the first time he actually caught her.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
