Something in ducks nostril or normal anatomy?

I noticed the other day that my buff duck, Mable, had a little "growth" in both of her nostrils. My Welsh didn't have this. I noticed my blue Swedish does as well but not sure about my older three ducks though I never noticed before on them as I am used to being able to see through their nostrils lol.
Just curious if this is normal? Maybe something younger ducks have since 2 of my three young ones have it? She eats great and acts fine (except for deciding to lay an egg every day for the last two or three weeks when it's super cold here in Wisconsin).

The Internet hasn't been helpful. It hasn't moved or anything and it's the exact same on both sides which considering she's acting healthy doesn't make me think it's any kind of parasite but just find it weird that some of them have it and some don't?

Yes! I’ve seen this on my ducks & in many photos online. Not sure what it is or its purpose, but it seems pretty common.
Thanks. Definitely gives me peace of mind. I have a tendency to over react to things when it comes to my feather babies
