I was just cooking supper and when I cracked one of my EE's eggs, there was a greenish/grayish ball thing in it the size of a pea. In fact, it looked just like a pea...only a bit more pale in color. I picked it out and it was gooey....not hard. A co-worker said there was one in one of the eggs I have her also. I was so embarrassed! Any idea what it could be?
  2. It's called a meat spot. It happens when a bit of the internal lining breaks off into the yolk. It's similar to a blood spot.
