Something is blocking chicks vent. Help!

Hello,
Something is blocking this 3 day old chick's vent. I do not know what it is, but it seems to be blocking her poop from coming out. She hastn't pooped at all since she hatched. What do I do?

Hard to see in the pics but it could be pasty butt.

Have you attempted to very gently clean it off with warm water and a Q-tip?

Can you get a pic like your first one but in regular lighting?

What color is it?
Is the chick acting normal?

Still to dark to see well.

Have you tried to clean it off? It could be her first poop stuck.

I am worried that it could be something I should not be interfering with. She is the only chick who hatched and I do not want to kill her.
