I have a 1 year old hen that has been acting very weird the past few days-week. She seems to fall asleep while standing up out in the pen as well as seems to have a hard time keeping her eyes open. Most of the time they are half way open at best. Her comb is less red and more flopped over than normal. I'm not sure if she is eating and drinking because I don't stand out there and watch her all day and we have 7 other girls in with her. I got her in April, the day I got her she laid a large blue egg at her "old home". She hasn't laid an egg yet with us and seems to be molting, although her feathers look like they are coming more now. A while back she was having loose poo and all the feathers down by her bum had fallen out, probabally due to poo caking on them. Since then she has recoverd and looks great in that respect. Please help! If she is sick, any reccommendations? I don't want her to get the other girls sick and I don't want her to die and have the others pecking at her either. HELP!!!! I attached a couple pics, there is one from a while ago and one from the other night so that you can see the difference in her comb.

Hi,
I'm sure someone more experience will pop in.
I'd give her some poli visol without iron. Maybe some yogurt. And ACV in her water. Do you have a place you can keep her away from the others so you can see what she eats and drinks?
Has she been wormed lately?
Best of luck with her.

She does look alittle sickly.
I would separate her, and feed her raw liver. You can add alittle garlic powder and cayenne pepper to it. Give her fresh water with a drop of apple cidar vinegar in it.
Watch, and if she's not drinking, give her some by dropper.
But wait first and give her a chance to get acclimated.
I hope she does o.k.
