Something is very wrong with my chicks butt

Get a mama heating pad set up--simply a heating pad set on a frame so chick can rest underneath it without getting squished. for this single chick, you can set it up in a tote/laundry basket/box and have paper toweling on the floor, food and water.

Larger Brooder with air flow and maybe try setting something up better so the Bigger Birds can't interfere with them...Wire divider so it's a look no touch pen till the one heals..

I have a heating pad, but my orphaned squirrels are using that. Of course I have this problem when I actually need a heating pad or a extra light
