I really need some help today I notice one of my ducks had black under feathers on back and tail. This duck was injured a long time ago not sure how but noticed her limping one day and upon inspection the bottom of her foot like her foot pad was nearly ripped off. Cleaned and wrapped for long time till she was doing better she has never been the same she still has the limp but she’s a trooper boy she keeps up with the others all day just when she runs she has to do it with her wings out lol. Lately I have been noticing some weirder stuff with her like in her pen she will walk over to pool and take a drink but when going back for another drink it’s like she can’t get head in pool it just rubs the side of pool. Thought maybe it was vision or indigo. And today I saw the black under the feathers so brought her inside for inspection and oh my dear god. I am so freaked out and sick I spread her feathers to look and seen soooooo many bugs grabbed the hose and started cleaning. After rinsing for a bit I looked closer and seen she has several like 5 or 6 big black sores along back and tail . I am so scared does anybody know what’s going on and what I can do? Thanks for reading yall

Are the sores deep? I'm guessing when you say bugs, you probably mean maggots?
If the wounds are black, there may be dead tissue or infection. Can you post images? You can trim or pluck away any small feathers from around the sores for easier viewing and treatment. If her wing feathers are in the way at all, you'll have to gently move them so that we can see.

If it is what I'm imagining, it could be caused by bullying or mating by drakes, they could have caused surface wounds which have worsened over time. Pictures may make finding a cause easier.
I would start by ensuring all bugs are out of her sores, search for maggots in any dead tissue as carefully as you can. Then do a saline rinse. Then I would apply neosporin antibiotic ointment, this must be the one WITHOUT pain relief, generously all over. I'd reccomend leaving it open to the air and not attempting to wrap. I would also keep her inside and away from her flock for now so that they don't peck at the sores, and so that flies don't take over them.

Thank you all for your advise I am posting pics I just did a good cleaning on her while I had help to hold her I’m also posting zoomed in pic of the bug. I can’t thank you all enough I was freaking so bad. Also the rest of the flock have been good with her they more protect her than pick on her and I havnt seen them try to mate her in a very long time. Her next cleaning I will work on cutting some of it back to get to it better I know the pics can’t really show how deep in is but it is deep she has about 5 or 6 of these on lower back and tail. They are painful to her.. poor baby. It’s gonna take quite a few good baths I think but hopefully we can get this girl feeling better thanx to yall

It's a bit hard to see in these pictures, but I think you're on the right course for treating her. If you could take more pictures, that would be helpful, in better lighting or perhaps with a flash light?
That was definitely some sort of fly larvae on her, poor girl.

I hope she starts feeling better soon!

Fly strike is common on bunnies and there is a powder you can get to dust over the area whilst it heals. This prevents other flies laying there and kills any eggs that are going to hatch. It’s very difficult to get all the tiny maggots so you need to keep a good eye out daily.

You get the powder from your vet, they’d be able to advise if it is suitable for use on ducks.

She is doing a lot better I havnt found any bugs in her today I did cut back some of the feathers to get a better look I really wish I knew what caused this to begin with she still in a lot of pain but seems to be doing better. There are at least 7 of these spots this seems to be the biggest one. Thank you all for your continued support and advice I will continue updating daily.
