Something is wrong with my chickens foot

This morning when we let our chickens out of the coop one of the younger ones could hardly move. He was trying to get out but couldn't walk on one of his feet. He was trying to hop and not put his one foot down at all. The foot that he would not put down is curled under, it looks different than curled toes, and it is hurting him. His foot was fine last night when we put him into the coop. It also does not look like bumble foot as it is not a swollen spot under the foot. Please help with what this could be. Thank you.

Looks like a sprained foot or ankle, I see a little swelling on the top of his foot above the toes. This should heal within a week, or two.
