Well his legs have been banded for about an hour now, and he can now stand up...but still not walk. Seems to be doing a tad better though.

do not worry. One of my little day old chicks had the same issue. I put a bandaid on his legs and after about 4 days maybe 3 the bandaid came off by itself and the little guy is standing/walking like all the others.
