she was given to me and her face had feathers on it, within a week she looked like this. Her face even looks kinda swollen to me. What could be wrong. All my other chickens are healthy. The person i got it from said it cant be pox. But what else could it be

Could just be a molt but seperate her right away and look for other symptoms, noises, smells lethargic actions etc.

It looks more swollen in the newer photo.

It looks more swollen to me too, in that last pic. Her face looks a little pale which makes it look swollen to me. I'd make sure she's isolated from your other chickens, as it could be a respiratory issue. Look for drainage, sneezing, wheezing and rattling sounds. If it were me, I'd take her back to where I got her from. Good luck!

ETA: If she's new, is it possible she got pecked in the face?

the 2nd pic is actully a pic of her the day i got her, the 1st pic was taken today. Ive been putting baby oil on her face.

when i got her she had little black thiings on her face that looked like fleas but there heads were stuck into her skin. I powdered her with mite dust and thos are gone. Ill look through her feathers and see if theres any other mites
