something is wrong with my RIRS

I need some help here I have 25 rir pullets 2 cockerels and 2 br cockerels I bought 22 of them from ideal poultry back in december they are 8 weeks old now. i hatched the rest of them myself. well any way we went to clean their pen saturday and some of their eyes are gray looking. where the color in their eyes is suppose to be. They all are eating good there is no irregular shape to the eyes or anything like that. Is this normal? the rest of them have the normal color.
They don't act like they are sick I looked at a picture of onicular merek's same color but they are not shaped like that. there is no runny eyes or anything. could it be I just have gray (blue) eyed chickens? I don't want them to get sick on me any help would be greatly appreciated. I can try to get a picture when hubby gets home from work and post it.

Eyes turning grey? Like, transforming from solid black chicken eyes to the adult orange ones or something else? Pics would be helpful/

the color around the black is a blueish gray color, but not on all of them some have the gold color like they are suppose to be some look green but I am not worried about them I am worried about the ones that are the blueish gray. It got dark out and pouring the rain so I couldn't get a picture I will try again tomorrow if the rain stops .
