That is a LOT of water! I'd have to say her prognosis is not good, if she does indeed have kidney failure. I am going through that with my cat, he has pretty bad kidney failure. He is hanging in for now, but I don't expect him to make it too much longer, when he starts vomiting and looking miserable, I will know it is time...Only you can judge what her quality of life is, but you are certainly doing the best you can for her! Many kudos for all the hard work you have done for her!

BTW--the poly-vi-sol, I've always seen it used here as a temporary measure, to get them back on their feet. If there are deficiences, it should be handled long term with changes in their diet.
