I have 2 ducks and found 1 dead this morning. There are feathers everywhere. The top of the head is 5 feet away from the body. The body is intact except for the upper body. It appears to have been pulled through the fence because there is flesh on the otherwise of the fence and the bone is through the fence but I'm confused as to why there are feathers feet away and the top of the head is about 5 feet away from the body in the cage

Agree that it was likely a raccoon. I'm sorry about your duck, that is terribly sad.
Feathers could be everywhere because the duck struggled initially while it was alive, and the head being far away from the body most probably just from the force exerted when it got severed.
The wire you have up in the photos is chicken wire and is not suitable for keeping predators out. It's just not strong enough. You'll need to rebuild with hardware cloth if you don't want any more instances like this.
X2 on the question about a secure coop for sleeping

Yeah. Chicken wire is good at keeping chickens in, but bad at keeping predators out.

I’m so sorry about that. Do they have a coop to sleep in at night.
Thanks, yes they do its just not in the photo. I also found a few drops of blood in the coop so I was wondering if it was pulled out its coop while sleeping or what.

There was a little area i found not closed off to well underneath. It looks like the predator killed her in the pen but I was wondering why there was flesh outside the wire and it was laying near the wire

Are you sure?
Seems to have kept the predator out in that instance and held up to some pretty decent force.
