Something Odd Is Afoot Watson

Hi there,
I'm new to this site so please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place! Today I cleaned out my coop and found the most bizarre thing in there. Does anyone have any idea what it is?! I thought at first it was a chicken foetus but I'm not so sure!

That looks like what is called a "Lash" in the UK. One of those things that there is not much info about. But great for speculation.

Not sure unless you do some sort of biopsy on it, chicken poop does come in all different sized colors and shapes.
