Something on chick’s face

Hello! This is probably an absurd question but one of our chicks has something dried on her down. Now it very well could just be water, but it seems more sticky. She hasn’t had any access to treats, just her normal food. My only other thought would be something’s going on with her ear. She’s otherwise quite happy, but her first few days she was a little more restless than the other. Any ideas?

Cool, that’s pretty much what I’d assumed. It’s just been like that for the week we’ve had her and wanted to be sure.

As others have said, probably water, but maybe some food mixed with water, or, possibly, she fell asleep with her head in some poop.
