Something strange in hens mouth

My hen is having trouble eating for the last 3 weeks. No hard pellets just small pieces of fruit/veggies we cut up. She has something in her mouth. Anyone know what this is?

She is also very mucusy. That sore in her mouth is preventing her from eating. Thoughts?

Wet pox, a strain of fowl pox. Caused by a virus. No treatment, but if provided supportive care, most birds will recover and live healthy, normal lives.

What can we do to provide supportive care? She's in isolation.. need her to eat.
