Something strange on my rabbit doe. Matted, hard, fur on cheek.

Hi all!

noticed something strange on Kadie. its like her fur on the cheek is matted and hard, and the skin underneath seems mildly reder then normal. is this a concern? is it some type of infection or just a mat i need to work out? thanks for any help!

I would wet this area down really well so you can actually see the skin and what might be going on. You can then make a better diagnosis.
