My son woke me up at 4:00 AM this morning and said, "Hey Mom, your little guy is trying to crow!" It took me a minute to get awake, and then I heard the most awful racket coming from the living room; it was my Frizzle Cochin Bantam attempting - with all his might - to crow!
He's about 8 or 9 weeks old (hatched March 30th) and doesn't get beyond the first "note" if you will (he also sounds like he has a frog in his throat that's dying), but he sure is trying
