Something weird on hatches chick

Hi! One of my eggs hatched today and there is an gooey red and yellow string attached to a bump on a chick’s belly. The chick is very weak. Does anyone know what this is? How can I get rid of this? Here is a picture of it.

It looks like hatching gunk. I've had chicks hatch with this before. You do not see a yolk sac or anything on the chick, right?
I usually snip this. I stay far away from the navel and cut enough away so when the chick begins to walk it doesn't drag and rip the navel open.
Is it possible you can snap a picture of the chicks navel area

Hatching gunk. Snip it off. Stay away from the navel, it's okay if you leave a little. Dont want baby to have to drag that around.
