Something wrong with duck eye

I'm not sure if he had this when I got him yesterday he was forced on me so he wasn't alone I only wanted two. Anyway he has a white spot in the corner of his left eye and it moves when u touch it I think it might be attached because it moves back to the spot it was in before. It is a tad red around the edges and he can still see out of that eye. I'm not sure what to do. I've been rinsing it with warm water few times a day since yesterday I can't afford a vet right now so what are my options?

Any other signs of a respiratory infection? Wheezing, heavy breathing, discharge from the nostrils, facial swelling?

It's not normal, but I do not know what it is. You may want to post over in the Ducks section of the forum and ask if anyone has ever seen something like this. Include the pic.
