Something wrong with egg!!!!!!!

I have 8 Indian Runners due to hatch Money, but a lot of them look so behind. I have one that is the most puzzling to me… all the eggs were set at the same time. Like, one of the eggs are piped already.

Is it possible your incubator has cool spots, is it still or forced air?

I use the HHD incubator and I’m not sure if it’s forced air or not.

This is the only part that I can see movement on.

The only possibility I can see is that your incubator heats unevenly. Did you calibrate your thermometer. Even though you see 'movement', there is also the possibility that the eggs are non viable. @WVduckchick
