something wrong with my chickens butt

I am new to chickens. When I went to check on my girls today one of them was being pecked at by all of the others. When I picked her up she has a big hole in her tale area. It is bleeding and has creamy yellow stuff coming out of it. I dont know if it is poop or puss. Also yesterday their was a tiny little egg in the coop. I thought they were to young to lay. Could she have laid an egg early and hurt herself and the other chickens started to peck at it? Please help I have put her in a box with food and water and away from the others. But she just stands there she wont sit or move. Any help out there.

just keep her away from the others, they will pech her to death. You can give her yogurt he help an infection. And how old are they? I suppose she could of layed, I hear some do @ 4- 6 months.

She is about 14 weeks old. I also have 3 laying hens that are 9 months old in the same coop but I don't think the egg came from them they lay big eggs and always in the nesting box. This small egg was just on the floor of the coop.

Isolate her or the others WILL kill her.

Chickens peck on a member of the flock if they see blood or a problem with them. They do this to keep the flock safe and healthy.

You may have a problem reintroducing her down the road even when the wound is healed.
