Halo said they might come early... the evening is the beginning of day 18 (by counting hours). I removed the turner and put the eggs in a cut down egg carton and one of them is ... well not peeping but chirping !!

Now I am working on getting the humidity up a bit.. I have a styrofoam hovabator to I am aiming for 55 %

I hope they do hatch this weekend so I wont have to call in sick Monday !

I put one black rock egg and 4 EEs in the hatcher at day 18 Thursday evening. I have a black chick that has hatched, and the EEs havent even pipped yet. I dont think Ill mix these eggs anymore, the rocks just hatch so much earlier than the others.
