Something's Wrong With Clyde

So, one of my buff Americanas has been acting like something is stuck in her throat all morning. She keeps trying to swallow and I haven't seen her do anything but this. She can't even sleep as the seemingly involuntary swallowing keeps her up. I dipped her beak in water and also offered chick grit to no avail.
Anyone seen his before? Know what it is?
Is there anything I can/ should do?

There is a clicking noise every time Clyde tries to swallow or opens and closes her beak. I'm getting worried, as I don't want her to grow weak from no sleep, water or food.
