Something's wrong with my poult!!??!

One of my turkey poults is a week old and he's missing a lot of fluff on his stomach! It looks like he pecked at it or another bird in the brooder has pecked at it...but the other poult I have is fine. Any ideas why this happened and how to prevent it? It's stomach is pecked raw and has been bleeding

. I have ducks and chicks in the brooder with them and there all the same age. Thanks!!

When my chicks peck each others feathers off I use vick's vapor rub. I seperate them and let the wounds scab over if they are bleeding. Then just cover the area with vick's. It nor the others will peck very much because it smells and tastes bad to them.
