SOMETHINS WRONG WITH CHICK!

I was doing my nightly rounds checking for pasty butt babies and I saw something strange. One of my coturnix has a small perfectly round growth below it's vent. It's a bit bigger than a bb very firm and fleshy. Chick is 3days old eating and drinking well. Has anyone seen this before?

I never saw this from my just hitched chicks. I think you should not do anything, just wait and see.
