somone plz help ive got to stop this feather pecking!!!!

ok i found four aggressors total i got rid of 2 today somone took then for me and the other two r in a cage ill be darn if i dont see them doing it again theres 16 total fenced in the yard but free to roam it and i am now putting them in a coop at nite but the whole flock looks sikly with hardly no feathers will they heal ?? will they stop pecking or do i need to debeak or just get rid of the flock???i seruosly dont know wut to do anymore somone plz help!!

Its a hard habit to break. My flocks been doing it forever I've tried to stop it it with every gimmick in the world. Mine still lay well so I just go with the flow. They just peck feathers no blood shed so why would I cull. They still lay eggs. Its not lack of protein & crowding . I wish I knew how to stop it but I don't. Good Luck.
