My son was give a pair of Partridge Wyandotte bantams from a older gentleman today who my dad knows and he is going to just OEGB. My question is are they very common? Any tips for showing them? Are they hard to Raise? Any certain things to look for in them? I have seen some at shows we have been too but not many. This is first time we have had any type of Wyandotte. I wasn't with my son when he got them it was him and my dad so i wasn't able to ask the gentleman any questions about them. It was dark when he got home with them so i will post up some pics tomorrow to see what you all think of them.

Yes, good quality ones are pretty rare and I would love a few eggs or a young pair or trio if you ever sell any, I am in south Ga. so shipping shouldn't be too much.

Do you have pics of them, you know you have to post some right ? LOL

And if this older gentleman needs to give away anymore, just toss them down here to me.

Along with the Blacks and Whites, Partridge Wyandotte bantams are probably the least rare of any of the varieties. There are numerous fanciers of them all over the US. These three varieties have had the most attention over the years in the amount of their development, it is rare to see any Wyandotte bantam of another color win Best of Breed or Best RCCL like these varieties do. I have raised them at several times throughout the years and they are beautiful, nice chickens to have around.

here are some pics they are from my phone so they are not to great
