jayfang heard lemon berry mewing excuses to the guard, she crept out of the warriors den and slid into the dirt place tunnel she went in and soon she was out side of camp. she crept around to the front where lemon berry was still meowing excuses.

"allright," the (guard?) said and Lemonberry slipped outside, heading for the dirtplace so that the (guard?) would see her heading in the direction of the dirtplace.
 
Lemonberry stopped at the border and waited at the edge. The bushes shivered and Cactusclaw slid out. "I see you came." he said, genuine suprise tinting his voice.
She didn't reply.
"I'm sorry I clawed you, as I said..." he trailed off, giving her a knowing look.
Lemonberry nodded, "it's alright. I know I clawed quite a lot of your clan mates. As I said..." she mimicked.

"Why did you ask me to come?" Lemonberry asked.
"I-well - you see-" Cactusclaw stumbled over his words.
Lemonberry found herself purring in amusement, "'I- well - you see'" she mocked.
Cactus claw batted her gently over the ears. She ducked and tapped his neck with a claw. He fell over, "blergh!" he said before getting up.
"so?" Lemonberry asked. "why?"
Cactusclaw was silent, "I- well -"
"don't start on that again." Lemonberry said.
"I'll tell you why when you come the night after the gathering tomorrow." he said.
"who said I was coming." Lemonberry argued.
"I did." he grinned, "and since you can't resist my handsomly sleek, beautiful fur-"
"which isn't - and probably never was - 'handsomely sleek' or 'beautiful.'" Lemonberry purred and Cactusclaw flicked his tail, "maybe." he said, "I should go now." he said, "see you the night after the gathering."
"We'll see." Lemonberry replied and watched him slip away into the bushes.
