Hello from CT! I am getting ready to purchase some chicks (as soon as the coop is done), and would appreciate any advice for a newbie.
Had chickens growing up, but it's been a long time. Would like my kids to have the experience.

from Ohio. So glad you joined. My advice, make your coop as big as you can afford. Chicken math tends to take over without you even knowing it.
