Ok i finally have a chicken sitting on eggs. Is moving her a good idea to a less crowded area?

Congrats!

Some chickens can't be moved or they will stop being broody and get stressed. Others will sit on just about anything you put them on.
If you can move her, I would certainly try it. I've had so many chicks die because other hens got into the nest and broke eggs or laid new eggs that would hatch at different times, ect, ect, ect.
She can be around chickens, chickens just shouldn't have excess to her nest.
If you can't move her, try blocking off other chickens from her nest and only letting her out around 10 minutes every morning.

Some hens take a move well and others do not. If at all possible let the hen brood where she is. If not possible move her into a location where she will not be bothered; but she may refuse the move and the eggs she has may be ruined. Move at night if you are going to attempt this.
