soon to hatch

My broody hen is 8 years old and I got her eggs from a friends flock to sit on. It is day 22 and 2 of the eggs are now chirping and I feel movement. How long till they hatch and also how long shall I keep the other 5 eggs. I am not very good at candling. One does look full.

yes, one was clear and my husband broke it open and it just had yolk. The other ones seem to have a dark mass in them that we thought might be a chick so we left them under the hen

The two that hatched Fri are doing really well but 2 more hatched today and one died and was out of the nest. The other is wet still and isn't moving much. I hope it gets ok.

we have 3 alive and well but its day 24 so I might remove that last 2 eggs soon. They have a dark mass in them but no movement and I can't see any veins when candled
