Bill color is not the reliable indicator of sex, I have had Males with Female colored bills, and vice versa, it's not that accurate. Her bill is not a true yellow, more like a very dark green which females tend to have. I belive I already answered your other question in your other thread, females will have a slight green sheen on their heads too.

it seems to be getting more green everyday (the head and the beak) which is why i’m worried. if she ends up being a girl and my other baby is a boy (hasn’t started making any adult noises yet) do u think a pekin drake would do fine with a rouen girl and a khaki girl until next spring? we plan to get more girls in the spring
 
i also remember there is a tail feather color method to sex khaki ducks. by any chance do you know what that is and what age it can be done?
