lol..apparently they get up and leave the house about 530 am...for work...

They said its standing rule in their home..if they leave as the rooster crows in the morning..they
know they will be on time...Apparently as they get into the car; they say "The roo is awake" ...and will be on time..

if they are inside and hear him crow..they know they'll be late! LOL

I did NOT sleep at all last night due to robberies the past few months..getting worse...
so I slept maybe 20 min or so...and I was up at 536 am and heard his crowing..eekkk..

They said the crowing doesnt bother them..(wait til the 6 or 7 roos we have that are a few months old start crowing..eekkk..just waiting
for freezer camp time for them...)...I said well, we have littler ones that are going to freezer camp soon enough..but if they get too much for you
guys..just holler...BTW do you like eggs? LOL...

time to sharpen the axe...

Sounds like they like your rooster. Good for you to bring up the eggs. I've been giving my neighbors across the street eggs all summer. I was told last night they will have some fresh produce from their garden for us very soon!

I wish we had neighbors that gardened etc..around here..but alas; I'm the only one!...so no hopes of returning favor of produce etc...at all...ever lol...

but yeah...I heard two pathetic crows today...eeekkk...the li'l ones are crowing now!!!

Crows! I have an Icelandic roo from the Easter Hatch that's been crowing for a month now... but now they are getting stronger.. he was pretty pathetic at first and really made me laugh.

Mar........funny thing about my dog. You talk about the robberies, my mutt Morgan seems to know when anything's around to house. At two in the morning, he don't care, barking to wake us up. I'll keep him.

That's a good story about the crowing.
