Sooooo... I went to the TSC today....

and I WALKED AWAY!

I'm so proud of myself! They had BO, SLW, BA, BR, Golden Comets, Cornish X, assorted bantams and I guess close to 200 Pekin ducklings.

Well, I had to have feed because I had ran completely out of everything but chick starter. My sister went with me and she took off towards the bins like greased lightning... and she's 23.

I havent went to TSC yet because of everybody saying they cant leave without buying chicks! I got some coming June 14 from Mcmurray hatchery! I still got a long time!

Which TSC did you go to that had SLW's? The store I go
To hasn't had much to choose from yet, in fact, they can't
Even tell you what kind they have at all. I happened to be there
Last week when an order from Privett Hatchery came in and I
Ended up calling them to find out what kind of birds they shipped
To the store.

Sure would like to get some of those SLW's tho if I knew what store
They are at. Now I will really be in trouble tho cause I am picking
Up more barnvelders, silver pencil plymouth rocks, and mille d fleurs
Tomorrow morning also

I went to tsc this past wednesday and they had at least 300 chicks, I went there today with my better half hoping to show her all the different breeds of chicks they have and they were all sold out, I never thought that chickens were so popular.

We came home with a couple because they had a Turkin and my daughter wanted it.
Which of course with their 6 chick min ment we got a lot more than just one!
