Sophie just won't lay

Any help out there? My Sophie goes to her favorite "lay" spot every morning but she simply does not lay anymore. Her last egg was voting day in November of last year. She has laid about a half dozen shell-less eggs and one or two hard shell eggs but that is all. She also doesn't seem as perky as she usually was last year. She is two years old and the first entire year she laid an egg every day. I am at a loss.
