Looks like some kind of injury. I would soak the foot in some warm epsom salts about 20 minutes. If it's gunky then some chlorhexidine solution (hibiclens) would be good to clean it. Apply plain neosporin or plain triple antibiotic ointment to any open wounds. If the wounds are open I would also wrap with some gauze and co wrap to keep them clean. You can soak in epsom salts daily to help with pain and swelling. As long as it doesn't get infected it should heal up with time.

I have something similar. Went out to retrieve eggs, give treats & refill the run water and saw this on both of my supposedly Silver Laced Wyandotte. She's been picked clean by another one of the chicas.....SO aggravating!
But the bigger concern now is the newly discovered sores on both her feet. HELP!!! What can/should I do?

Looks like injury/picking to the feet.
Treatment was posted previously, but have quoted it below for your convenience.

I've been soaking and treating her feet 2x day, putting Wound-Kote on them and it was looking SO much better, then this morning I went out to get her for her "treatment" and the worst foot was all open and bleeding again.....I can't stay ahead of this. Is there anything that can be done about her getting pecked to pieces? Put a "cone of shame" on the culprit?

If you know which bird is picking at her, you can use pinless peepers.

Are you wrapping the foot/feet? That may help too. It takes more time wrapping, but it's something to try. IF she's on pretty dry ground and bedding, then you may be able to get away with changing the wrapping every other day. It really depends on how dirty/wet the wrappings get.
